ABS Consulting Group Director

Prior to establishing ABS Consulting, Amos was an Executive Director at Ernst & Young in charge of the Business Risk Services Line in Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda and Tanzania practices. He has over 16 years experience in Audit ,Risk Advisory and Human Resource management.

Amos previously worked with KPMG in the audit department.. He was also a Director of a European Union Project entrusted with the overall direction and management of the 20 million Euros European Development Fund for Micro projects Programme in Uganda.

Moses Ssebugwawo, Director ABS Consulting Group

Prior to establishing ABS Consulting Group, Moses was an Associate Director at Ernst & Young, Uganda where he led the Forensic Investigation and Dispute Services (FIDS) line in the East African Practice i.e. Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania and Rwanda

In 2002, Moses was seconded to the Ernst & Young Australia practice where he worked for 5 years both in Adelaide and Sydney offices specialising in Technology, Communications and Entertainment on external and internal audit assignments

Prior to his return to Uganda, Moses also worked as a Corporate Internal Audit Manager with Woolworths Limited, the largest Australian retail company. At Woolworths, Moses managed big teams on various corporate reviews analysing business processes and providing value add services to the business.

Moses has tremendous experience in statutory audits, investigative audits, business reviews, due diligence, project evaluations and special audits in both public and private sectors.

Emmanuel

Emmanuel has seventeen years of relevant experience in Finance & Administration. He has extensive experience in Financial analysis, preparation of financial statements, cash flow planning and management, budgeting and cost control, debt collection and credit management, Procurement and Stores management, Accounting systems design and Implementation,

Emmanuel has also been involved in planning and executing consulting assignment,managing external audit engagements and Management of Human resource.

Emmanuel has a broad understanding of the Taxation and Commercial laws of East Africa and has extensive work knowledge in the use, review and management of Computerized Financial systems like Sun, Pastel, Quick books, TAS books and Automate.
